Woonerf is the official mobile parking application for the City of Hartford, CT. Users can conveniently pay, extend, and manage their parking session through the mobile app.
The Hartford Parking Authority named the app “Woonerf”, which means a “living street” in Dutch. Woonerf is a technique that is used by urban designers to encourage the steady and comfortable flow of mobility within a city. The Hartford Parking Authority chose this unique name to reflect its broader aspirations to make the downtown area more livable and the roads more shareable for motorists, pedestrians, and bicyclists.
Download the Woonerf app from the App Store or Google Play. A web version is also available at woonerf.ppprk.com. Please note: your wireless carrier’s message and data rates may apply.
We highly recommend using Apple or Android for downloading the application. When using mobile pay web, modern browsers such as Chrome, FireFox and Safari are the most compatible
